The first product, Fern for Business, is an onchain bank account that has seen tens of millions in transaction volume and is experiencing exponentially growing revenue.
The company is looking to scale its team as it enters the next phases of growth.
The position is for an exceptional, product-oriented, staff/senior-level frontend engineer to build Fern for Business and upcoming developer and personal products.
The engineer will help define the look and feel of these products, infuse their own creative twist, and translate this vision into reality.
The role involves working with a team to create delightful user experiences that have the potential to revolutionize financial behavior.

Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience working as a staff/senior frontend engineer at a web3 or web2 fintech startup.
A deep passion for user experience is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design are required.
Candidates should be highly self-motivated and autonomous.
The ability to work effectively with high-powered teams and a commitment to getting tasks done is necessary.
A belief in web3 and crypto’s potential to positively revolutionize finance is important.
Candidates must be able to work in US time zones.
A computer science degree is a nice-to-have.
Being based in NYC is also a nice-to-have.
