The role of Data Support Engineer involves investigating and resolving customer issues, requiring a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
The position is full-time and remote, and the engineer will collaborate with support managers and other engineers to address bugs and improve the platform.
The engineer will also provide feedback to product squads and contribute to a culture of support excellence.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Excellent debugging skills, particularly within the AWS stack (AWS Cloudwatch, ECS, S3), are required.
Proficiency in English and great communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with engineers and product managers.
Extensive experience with AWS, Python, SQL, dbt, and databases (preferably PostgreSQL and Snowflake) is essential.
Strong proficiency in data integration, data pipelines, database management, and data infrastructure (AWS) is required.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing is necessary.
