Remote Tech Lead Frontend | Yoga

Description:

• Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is seeking a Tech Lead Frontend for their Yoga team in Portugal.
• The Yoga team consists of one designer and three front-end developers and is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and influencing company OKRs.
• The Tech Lead will be involved in architectural decisions, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with the product team and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the design system, defining system architecture, ensuring successful deliveries, promoting code quality standards, and participating in incident resolution.
• The Tech Lead will also advocate for development best practices, build reusable code, and prioritize employee wellbeing within the work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Strong experience in building and designing high-scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in ReactJS/React Native and the Typescript ecosystem.
• Experience working with modern agile product development teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
