Latitude AI is an automated driving technology company developing a hands-free, eyes-off driver assist system for next-generation Ford vehicles at scale.
The Unified Model development team focuses on cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning technology to create advanced detection models for static and dynamic actors.
The team develops compute-efficient, multi-view, multi-sensor deep learning models for tasks such as 3D object detection, lane line detection, state estimation, and scene segmentation.
Responsibilities include developing spatio-temporal machine learning models, analyzing raw data, transitioning solutions from lab to road, collaborating with experts, maintaining software practices, and developing efficient software for perception modules.
The work environment is fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience is required.
Expert-level knowledge and experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying deep learning solutions using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience in developing perception systems using sensors such as Camera, Radar, and LiDAR is necessary.
Strong experience in computer vision, perception, and point cloud processing is required.
Proven experience in shipping computer vision software products to industry or consumers is essential.
At least 5 years of development experience in Python/C++ environments is required.
A Ph.D. with a machine learning focus or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience in developing and deploying temporal computer vision models is also a nice to have.
