Description:
Develop best practices for customers to maximize the value of the GitLab Platform
Translate customer journey into actionable guidance for various segments, use cases, and verticals
Focus on integrating security and compliance into customers' DevOps practices
Collaborate with internal teams to drive improved customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention
Design transformation programs to help customers achieve their security goals
Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Prepare guidance and training sessions for field teams to enhance customer interactions
Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing customer experience through strategic initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends to evolve customer adoption strategy
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with executives, application security teams, and partners
Expert knowledge in DevSecOps workflows and Application Security practices
Experience working with technical customers within the Enterprise (Fortune 500)
Proficiency in Developer or Application tools like Gitlab, Github, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Strong organization and time-management skills
Effective communication skills with various personas
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Experience with customer journey mapping and persona development
Familiarity with diverse team collaboration and go-to-market strategies
Benefits:
Competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $300,000 USD
