The Lead Full Stack Python/FastApi/React Engineer will lead a team to rebuild a transportation management system for a client and may assist with various other projects.
Responsibilities include motivating the team, guiding them technically and culturally, translating complex requirements, improving team skills, and prioritizing impactful tasks.

Requirements:

Candidates should have approximately 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production software systems.
Previous experience in the logistics industry and a genuine interest in the field is required.
Proven technical leadership experience is essential.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python/FastApi, Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.Net, or Java/Spring is necessary.
Experience with frontend technologies like React.js or Vue.js is required, with a preference for candidates with heavy Python/FastApi experience.
Candidates should have experience in building human-centered user experiences and working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
The ability to create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code is required.
A deep understanding of the entire engineering stack, from database to UI, is necessary.
Bonus qualifications include experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD, and knowledge in ML/LLMs.
