The position is for a Lead Full Stack Python/FastApi/React Engineer who will lead a team in rebuilding a transportation management system for a client.
The engineer will also assist with various other projects, including med tech solutions, digital consumer aid products, legal tech products, and productivity solutions.
Responsibilities include motivating the team, performing code reviews, translating complex requirements, providing constructive feedback, and prioritizing important tasks.

Requirements:

Candidates should have approximately 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production software systems.
Previous experience in the logistics industry and a genuine interest in the field is required.
Proven technical leadership experience is essential.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python/FastApi, Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.Net, or Java/Spring is necessary.
Experience with frontend technologies like React.js or Vue.js is required, with a preference for candidates with heavy Python/FastApi experience.
Candidates should have experience in building human-centered user experiences and working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
The ability to create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code is required.
A deep understanding of the entire engineering stack, from database to UI, is necessary.
Bonus qualifications include experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD, and knowledge in ML/LLMs.
