The WE LEAD Summer School: AI Elements for Business is a free, online program designed for individuals taking their first steps in the tech field or those curious about Artificial Intelligence.
The program aims to provide participants with the tools and knowledge to understand AI and its applications in the workplace.
Participants will gain practical insights into AI, explore useful tools to boost productivity, and navigate the tech world with confidence.
The program includes dedicated training in essential human skills to support resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving at work.
Participants will have access to career workshops and professional development opportunities, as well as care services for women with caregiving responsibilities.
Applications are open until May 15 and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited spots available.

Requirements:

Applicants must identify as a woman (cis or trans).
Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
Applicants should have 0-2 years of experience in the tech field.
Applicants must be eager to learn more about AI and how to leverage it to boost productivity and work.
Applicants must have a good command of both Greek and English.

Participants will connect with the strong WE LEAD community and receive support from a robust network of graduates and allies from Greece and abroad.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the program.
Participants will have opportunities to connect with HR professionals and tech experts.
Participants will gain valuable human skills that will enhance their professional development and leadership potential, ensuring they stand out in the competitive tech industry.
