Salvo Software is seeking an experienced Web3 Fullstack Developer to join their team.
The role involves developing comprehensive full-stack services that address essential product and business objectives.
The developer will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to transform requirements into Web3 products.
Engagement in all stages of product development, from initial concept discussions to product launch, is expected.
The position requires writing high-quality, thoroughly tested code and conducting code reviews for team contributions.
The developer will independently deliver medium to large features, each comprising many tasks, with minimal guidance.
Proactive identification and implementation of changes for assigned codebases, product areas, and systems is necessary.
The role includes building DeFi UI interfaces and high-performing, secure API infrastructures.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, Golang, Rust, Solidity, or similar technologies is required.
Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale production systems is essential.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter motivated to stay ahead of Web3 best practices and contribute to evolving the technology stack.
A passion for blockchain technology and Web3 innovations is necessary.
