Remote Web Solutions Architect (Remote)

Description:

• Work as a Web Solutions Architect in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS) to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company.
• Act as the Architect for a large enterprise scale Web Platform & related technologies, creating solutions impacting patients and communities.
• Investigate, identify, and implement state-of-the-art technology platforms to drive productivity and efficiency gains in digital marketing.
• Conceive, design, engineer, and implement data and software solutions for brand marketing teams, extending expertise to other digital channels as needed.
• Responsible for resolving project hurdles, providing consultation to business units, and integrating technological advances into new business technology solutions.
• Mentor/supervise a team, adhere to corporate standards, and provide End-to-End Integration Architecture for business problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience, Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 2 years of experience in application program development.
• Deep expertise in the web stack, including backend, front-end, networking & security, and hands-on experience with Content Management solutions.
• Proficiency in application integration patterns, RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and modern server-side and client-side programming languages.
• Expertise in Cloud Solution architecture, familiarity with major cloud service providers, and experience in implementing application security.
• Hands-on experience with diagramming tools for architecture and solution documentation.
