Description:

The Web3 Community Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage Web3 communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Facebook.
They will create engaging content such as articles, videos, and social media posts to resonate with community members.
The role involves fostering a positive community environment by responding to comments, questions, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Planning and executing community events like AMAs, webinars, and gaming tournaments to promote interaction and engagement.
Monitoring community metrics, providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and feedback, and collaborating with other teams to incorporate community feedback into products and services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and growing online communities, with a focus on Discord, Reddit, and Facebook.
Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
Strong experience in gaming communities, particularly Roblox and Minecraft.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and inspire community members.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure community performance and derive insights.
