The role is for a Sr. Software Engineer to work on the Serotonin Platform, which connects builders and founders with essential resources for business growth.
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Full Stack software development and broad experience in design, product, and data.
Responsibilities include using a variety of technologies from both web2 and web3, collaborating with engineers to choose the best technologies, defining new feature sets, and helping to grow the engineering team.
The engineer will also stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve the development process.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on early-stage web product development is required.
Candidates should value strong opinions, ownership, and thrive in a high-velocity environment.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make progress independently is essential.
Experience as an early engineering hire at a startup (fewer than 10 engineers) is necessary.
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript is required, with experience in shipping production applications using frameworks like React or Node.js.
Familiarity with Solidity, smart contracts, and web3 infrastructure is a plus but not essential.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 a year.
