Requirements:

Candidates must have 5 years or more of Java development experience with a solid foundation in computer science.
Proficiency in multi-threaded programming is required, along with familiarity with JVM and understanding of common open-source distributed middleware, caching, message queues, and expertise in MySQL performance tuning.
Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Cloud is preferred, along with prior experience in designing and stabilizing large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-load, and high-availability systems.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about technology, have stringent requirements for code quality and development standards, and possess effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.
Strong logical thinking, excellent problem analysis and solving abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
Understanding of blockchain technology is required, with preference given to candidates with related project experience.
