Description:

  • Seeking a hands-on backend engineer with quality engineering and test automation expertise.
  • Focus on test engineering and building automated testing using TypeScript and Playwright, with opportunities in backend engineering using Java or Kotlin.

Requirements:

  • Strong professional backend engineering experience.
  • Strong test engineering and automation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin for backend services.
  • Advanced TypeScript skills and Playwright experience.
  • Experience writing functional, integration, and API tests.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
  • Ability to contribute independently to production code.
  • Enterprise experience preferred.

Benefits:

  • Remote contract opportunity for candidates in APAC.
  • Contract expected to run through March 31, 2027, with 80–90% overlap with EST working hours.
