Description:

Serve as the primary functional and solution architect for Salesforce implementation engagements in university advancement and nonprofit fundraising.
Provide end-to-end leadership from discovery to go-live, translating client needs into scalable solutions.
Oversee configuration, integrations, data architecture, sprint planning, and solution quality.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, resolving delivery challenges and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Support adoption, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements:

Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform features, data models, security, automation, and integrations.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story definition.
Experience in documenting business processes and communicating technical concepts.
Salesforce development expertise, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Admin Certification required.
Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
