• UN/COMMON is a digital experience and marketing agency focused on helping D2C and e-commerce brands grow through various strategies.
• The Agency AI Architect will structure and execute AI initiatives, aligning strategy with operational plans across the agency.

Requirements:

• Experience in an agency or consulting environment, managing multiple clients and translating strategy into delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI initiatives from strategy to implementation, including designing workflows and QA.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and systems mapping.
• Proficiency with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic), workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make), and vector databases.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and marketing systems (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4) and app development.
• Experience in implementation planning, QA processes, and data governance.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.
