Lucidya is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on AI-powered customer experience solutions for enterprises in the MENA region.
The company is launching a new AI Agents business unit aimed at creating intelligent, enterprise-grade AI agents that automate and enhance customer-facing and operational workflows.
As an AI Agent Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that address real business problems.
The role involves working at the intersection of machine learning, deep learning, and production AI, transforming advanced models into reliable systems for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities include developing machine learning models, managing large datasets, deploying AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven systems, particularly with AI agents or agentic workflows, demonstrating a positive impact on business outcomes.
Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of Java is a plus.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques, as well as practical experience using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
Experience in deploying AI models into production or production-like environments.
Ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative AI-driven solutions.
Strong systems thinking and understanding of model behavior in real-world environments.
A commitment to continuous learning in the evolving AI landscape.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, product-driven teams and able to document and explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
