Description:

  • Responsible for customer success with the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform by accelerating product adoption through various engagements.
  • Translate complex customer business challenges into innovative AI solutions, providing full-stack ownership of technical success.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in a technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer) or advanced degree with 6+ years.
  • Experience in designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows using REST APIs and automation tools.
  • Strong grasp of API-based systems integration and LLM-based systems design.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
