Description:

  • Join Kayzen as a Senior AI Engineer to develop AI-powered capabilities for the Kayzen Console.
  • Work closely with Console Engineering, Product, and ML teams to build and operate large-scale distributed systems and real-time bidding.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered features to production.
  • Strong software engineering skills with full-stack development experience in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, NodeJS.
  • Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic systems.
  • Ability to design APIs and production-grade systems, and work with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Product mindset with a bias for shipping and pragmatic problem-solving.
