Description:

  • Design, build, and improve intelligent AI agents for product operations at Nexthink.
  • Operate autonomously, owning architecture, behavior, and quality of AI agents to enhance decision-making and reduce manual work.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in building and owning production systems end to end.
  • Strong system design skills, experience with APIs, and practical knowledge of AI/LLM workflows in production.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
