Own the agent layer and matching engine of an AI-first fundraising platform.
Build, scale, and run the core product that facilitates warm outreach and investor relationships.

Requirements:

Experience as an early engineer in a fast-growing company, capable of scaling and delivering products.
Minimum 3 years of experience shipping production software and managing full app lifecycle.
Proven experience with LLM systems and agent systems beyond simple prompts.
Experience in building retrieval, ranking, or matching systems with embeddings.
Strong Python skills and clear reasoning about data and systems.
Ability to design evaluations for output quality.
Must be a hands-on builder, capable of writing code without a team.
Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, FastAPI, vector databases, fintech, or fundraising.
