Description:

Dwelly is developing an AI operating system for residential lettings, managing over 15,000 properties and $470 million in GMV.
The Applied AI Engineer will build agentic infrastructure for automation, integrating workflows from newly acquired agencies into reliable AI-driven systems.

Requirements:

Strong software engineering background with experience in delivering complex systems to production.
Hands-on experience with AI or agentic systems in production, including reliability, context management, and evaluation.
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Python, with a willingness to work in a TypeScript-first environment.
Experience with coding agents and agentic development workflows.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, with a startup mentality.
