Description:

Lead the technical direction for AI at HotDocs, designing and delivering AI-powered enterprise capabilities.
Develop and implement new AI features in .NET Core and React, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
Drive AI adoption across the software development lifecycle, enhancing coding practices and workflows.
Establish AI governance practices to ensure accuracy and safety in compliance-heavy environments.
Mentor and elevate the AI capabilities of the engineering team through collaboration and guidance.
Collaborate with various teams to shape the AI roadmap and evaluate build-versus-buy decisions.
Extend CI/CD pipelines to support AI workloads and improve DevOps practices.
Focus on delivering user-centric AI features that address real customer problems.

Requirements:

12+ years of software development experience, including principal or lead roles.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core (C#) and React (TypeScript) or similar frameworks.
Proven experience in designing and deploying production AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms and orchestration frameworks.
Experience in building and maintaining REST APIs and using Entity Framework.
Familiarity with AI system quality evaluation and web application security.
Proficient in Git and CI/CD pipelines, with experience in agile environments.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
