Remote AI Enablement Engineer

Description:

• Lead and optimize AI solutions at Replicant, building a program from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, R&D, and G&A teams to create integrations and infrastructure for AI tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar in a SaaS/cloud-native environment.
• Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI tools at scale, with strong consulting skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and integration using Python, TypeScript, or shell, along with knowledge of SDLC, MCP, and API integration.
• Excellent communication skills to translate user needs into functional AI solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on building scalable solutions rather than becoming a bottleneck.
