Description:

Define and lead the reference architecture for AI and intelligent automation across MeridianLink's internal business operations.
Design, scope, and implement complex AI systems for business process optimization, AI workflow design, data architecture, and enterprise integration.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering, AI/ML systems design, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-scale AI systems, including large language models and intelligent automation solutions.
Deep expertise in modern AI architectures and strong hands-on skills with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to provide architectural leadership from strategy to operationalization.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
