Join the Codex Deployment Engineering team to help customers adopt OpenAI's coding tools throughout their software development lifecycle.
Partner with engineering leaders to design, validate, and scale advanced AI workflows using Codex.

Requirements:

5+ years of post-sales engineering or solutions architecture experience with customers.
2+ years of software engineering experience and strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
Active power user of AI coding tools with a customized developer workflow.
Experience delivering impactful workshops or technical training to engineering teams.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
