Description:

Contract AI Engineer role for 6 months, must work from the UK.
Responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI-enabled automations across core systems.
Collaborate with Principal Engineer and Head of AI Operations to implement automation opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven delivery of LLM-based automation in production environments.
Strong experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong API and webhook integration capability.
Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and prompt engineering.
Experience in automating CRM (Salesforce) and support (Zendesk) environments preferred.
Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.
