Description:

  • Lead the development of the AIOS Agent SDK to support world-class AI agents.
  • Oversee the architecture, model strategy, and technical safety of AI systems in production healthcare.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with active production contributions.
  • Proven experience in building and shipping agentic systems used by real customers.
  • Strong understanding of agent architecture, evaluation systems, and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Leadership experience managing a small technical team.
