Description:

  • Create an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents, focusing on data ingestion, lead enrichment, outreach, qualification, and learning loops.
  • Prove that outbound can be a repeatable, measurable, and scalable acquisition channel for SMB merchants.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or advanced LLM automations.
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL, ideally with BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.
  • Understanding of outbound/GTM mechanics including ICP, segmentation, and sales handoff.
  • Ability to work with messy lead data and data quality issues.
  • Strong ownership and builder mindset.
  • Proficient communication skills in Portuguese and English.
