Responsibilities include designing and developing AI-powered applications, such as chatbots and workflow automations, to streamline processes across various teams.
The engineer will collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation, ensuring solutions align with firm goals.

Requirements:

A strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI is required.
Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools is essential.
Experience in building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation is necessary.
Solid programming skills in Python are required.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.
Experience in preparing datasets and building ML pipelines is needed.
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices is important.
A security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions are essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams are necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with at least 5 years of related work experience is required.
