Description:

  • Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the Ads Foundational Representations team, focusing on developing signals and representations for ads, posts, and users.
  • The role involves full-cycle execution of ML projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the reliability and performance of ML systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, training, evaluating, testing, and deploying industry-level models.
  • Proficiency in building NLP or CV models, experience with mainstream DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow), and a strong understanding of data metrics.
  • Preferred: Experience with Python, Pytorch, Airflow, BigQuery, Ray, k8s, kafka, GCP, and familiarity with Ads domain or recommender systems.
