Description:

Lead the technical direction and delivery of complex AI projects within the Defence team.
Collaborate with clients to implement human-centered AI solutions in high-stakes environments.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Python and experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficient in at least one major Cloud Solution Provider (Azure, GCP, AWS) and experience with full-stack web applications.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
