Description:

  • Join an enterprise AI initiative focused on transforming Infrastructure & Operations through Generative AI and intelligent automation.
  • Hands-on engineering role requiring backend/software engineering and systems integration experience, particularly with LLMs and modern AI tools.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience, with 1–2 years in Generative AI/LLMs and 2–3 years in backend software development, Python, or AIOps.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, experience with RESTful APIs, and practical knowledge of LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT platforms like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GCP, and understanding of AI safety and data governance principles.
