Join Distru, the leading ERP in the cannabis industry, to build an innovative AI product that integrates various business tools.
Work directly with the CTO to create a multi-agent system that enhances operational efficiency for cannabis businesses.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS applications.
Proven experience in building multi-agent harnesses and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) in production.
Strong understanding of production system concerns: reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
Proficiency in modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph.
Experience in both product and engineering roles, with a focus on scoping and decision-making.
Startup experience in ambiguous environments and a team-first mentality.

Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $200,000, based on experience and skills.
