Description:

Define and evolve the technical architecture for Caseware’s AI platform.
Design, build, and operate AI systems powered by LLMs and multi-agent systems.
Implement evaluation, governance, auditability, and traceability frameworks for AI systems.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and balance delivery speed, quality, and maintainability.
Drive reliability and incident response practices across AI systems.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver business value.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
Experience designing distributed, SaaS, cloud-native platforms at scale.
Strong understanding of AI system tradeoffs (latency, cost, accuracy).
Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform).
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in fast-moving environments.
