Description:

  • Work on a production Rails application with customer-facing features, internal systems, and external integrations.
  • End-to-end ownership of features from design to production readiness.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience with Ruby and Rails 8.x, including building and operating production applications.
  • Strong background in background job systems, asynchronous processing, and PostgreSQL data modeling.
  • Experience with external-facing APIs, automated testing, and a security-minded approach to application design.
  • C1 English proficiency or equivalent.

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $5,000–$7,000 USD/month based on experience.
