Description:

RYZ Labs is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own critical parts of an AI agent platform.
Responsibilities include designing systems, writing production code, and ensuring scalability.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building production software with ownership over architecture.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience in React and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js preferred).
Familiarity with AI technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and document understanding/OCR.
Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Docker for infrastructure management.
Proven track record of building systems for enterprise customers and designing systems for other engineers to build upon.
Experience working with LLMs/AI in production environments.
