Requirements:

8+ years in enterprise IT, with 3+ years in AI solutions for banking/financial services.
Hands-on experience with AI & data platforms (DataRobot, SAS, open-source LLM frameworks).
Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (microservices, API gateways, event-driven architecture).
Proficiency in CI/CD & MLOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
