Remote AI Solutions Architect- Post-Sales

Description:

• Seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join the customer success team in AI security.
• Responsible for successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of AI security solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering (AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred).
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; familiarity with Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Python programming experience required; familiarity with AI/ML workflows is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with technical and business stakeholders.
