Collaborate with engineering and AI leaders to integrate LaunchDarkly into AI architectures.
Build alongside customer teams, establishing best practices for AI delivery and governance.

Requirements:

4+ years in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
Proficient in writing production-quality code in modern languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go).
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Ability to guide customers in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern release practices.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers.
Open to 20% travel.

Competitive salary based on geographic zones, with target pay ranging from $145,000 to $235,400.
