Act as a technical expert and guide for customer stakeholders, ensuring quality and delivery excellence.

Requirements:

6+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in designing complex incentive compensation plans in an ICM/SPM platform.
Expert-level Excel modeling skills for large datasets and strong understanding of data structures.
Proven experience in SaaS implementations within Professional Services or Solutions Architecture roles.
Ability to navigate complex environments and advise on technical and business trade-offs.
Deep understanding of implementation best practices and the full project lifecycle.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, thriving in fast-paced environments.
Openness to AI-driven tools for improving modeling efficiency.

Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $190,000, depending on experience and location.
