Description:

  • Lead solutioning efforts for Salesforce implementations focusing on Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engagement teams to shape solution vision and validate feasibility.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with 2+ years in architecture roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
  • Salesforce certifications required (Developer, Consultant, Architect).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex concepts.
