Description:

  • Work remotely in the US as a Solutions Architect at TTEC Digital, focusing on delivering technology-based solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with clients globally to identify business challenges and implement relevant solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects, specifically with Microsoft D365 and Power Platform.
  • Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and capable of recommending suitable project approaches.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft D365, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
  • Strong technical skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and ETL solutions.
  • Hold two or more relevant Microsoft certifications.
