Remote Solution Architect, Professional Services

Description:

• Own the technical scoping process for new customer engagements, ensuring accurate Statements of Work (SOW) before customer sign-off.
• Serve as the technical authority in pre-implementation discussions and build scoping process infrastructure for complex implementations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep experience with ERP and accounting system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct).
• Proven ability to author SOWs for complex software implementations and strong knowledge of AP workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
