Description:

Join DoorDash's Business Technology team as a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards, focusing on Workday Advanced Compensation.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design and implement compensation architecture and tooling for employee rewards.

Requirements:

5-7 years of HRIS implementation experience, specifically in Workday Advanced Compensation.
Experience managing compensation cycles for a global organization, including data management and compliance.
BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
