Description:

Lead the creation and execution of Salesforce strategies to address complex business challenges.
Act as the primary architect for lead-to-cash and service-to-retention workflows, ensuring solutions are robust and aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations and understanding of Price Rules and Product Rules.
Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC, with knowledge of Salesforce security models.
Experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot/Agents, and data migrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST API, SOAP API).
Strong collaborative skills to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
