Remote Cloud Solutions Architect (US)

Description:

• Lead the deployment and integration of Neural Concept's platform within enterprise customer environments.
• Manage relationships with IT, security, and platform teams, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting.
• Create runbooks and feedback loops to improve future deployments.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience deploying and operating enterprise software, with 2 years in uncontrolled environments.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, identity and SSO fundamentals, Linux, networking, and TLS.
• Experience with Kubernetes storage, and a personal production deployment experience.
• Professional English communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Valuable skills include regulated deployments, GPU scheduling, Terraform, and Python.
