OpenAI’s AI Success Engineer team partners with organizations to translate AI into business value, guiding customers from deployment to enterprise adoption.
The Success Engineer is the primary post-sales contact for key customers, responsible for account health, adoption, and delivering value with OpenAI’s platform.
Requirements:
8+ years in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., technical account management, solutions architecture).
Deep knowledge of OpenAI products, APIs, and integration patterns.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and map customer workflows.
Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-workstream initiatives.
Proven record of driving technical deployments and managing complex customer environments.
