Description:

Join a team of AI Creatives to build and optimize production workflows in a custom platform.
Design repeatable pipelines for PDP imagery, on-model variants, lifestyle scenes, and product videos.
Translate creative briefs into structured generation plans for execution by the team.
Improve consistency across garment accuracy, model identity, lighting, colorways, and backgrounds.
Identify and automate production bottlenecks.
Document workflows for team members to follow without supervision.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience producing AI image and video content at production quality.
Proven track record of building and optimizing AI workflows and pipelines.
Comfortable working with custom production tools and contributing to their improvement.
Process-oriented thinker with the ability to spot inefficiencies.
Strong visual judgment in composition, lighting, and styling.

Full-time, fully remote position with an option to work from the office in Greece.
