Description:

Responsible for end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for North American clients.
Hands-on delivery role requiring functional expertise and client-facing consulting skills.

Requirements:

4–8 years of Oracle HCM experience with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Hands-on experience with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, including one full end-to-end implementation.
Strong experience configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll and working with cross-functional Oracle Cloud modules.
Experience in gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and preparing Functional Solution Designs (FSDs).
Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to work with onshore and offshore teams.
Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification is a plus.
